At Laylace, we prepare every order with care and aim to deliver your purchase as smoothly as possible.

Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Estimated Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered within 7–15 business days after dispatch.

In some cases, delivery may take longer due to customs processing, carrier delays, high seasonal demand, weather disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

The maximum estimated delivery time is usually up to 20 business days after dispatch.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

Total delivery time includes both order processing time and shipping transit time.

Laylace currently ships to the countries available at checkout, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and Germany.

Available shipping destinations may vary depending on product availability and carrier service.

Shipping Cost

Shipping costs, if applicable, are shown clearly at checkout before payment.

If free shipping is available for your order, it will be displayed at checkout.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the package has been dispatched.

You can use the tracking link to follow your package during transit.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address, email address, and phone number are accurate at checkout.

If you need to update your shipping details, contact us as soon as possible at support@laylace.com.

We will do our best to help before the order is processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Laylace is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply depending on your country.

These charges are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in the product price unless clearly stated at checkout.
